Wie in vielen anderen Fächern ist es auch in der Medizin so, dass man um die Nutzung statistischer Methoden nicht herumkommt. Nur, wer weiß schon genau, was er da macht und was dem zugrunde liegt? In diesem Artikel sollen, kurz und auf das Wesentliche reduziert, die Grundlagen vermittelt werden.
